Paul Parlange, winegrower and Jérémie Illouz, oenologist,
met each other during their studies and become friends maybe cause they
both have the same passion for winegrowing and winemaking.

Jérémie Illouz grows 5,5 hectares arround Cahors hill's,
all the vineyard is managing in organic way without any chemical spraying.
The grapes are hand picked, yeasts from the vineyard ferment the juice.

Paul grow his 7 hectares carefully, all the blocks are vinified
separately, Merlot and Cabernet are aged in barrel.
